Development of Trouble Ticket Management System for Western Union

Consumers can quickly and easily transfer money to more than 225,000 Western Union Agent locations in over 195 countries and territories worldwide.

The owner of Western Union Ukraine web-site is joint-stock company “Ukrainian finance group” – one of the first-rate Western Union agents in Ukraine. UFG has a special priority because they were the first who invited Western Union on domestic market and established a combined business project with it.

Every day company works with a big number of clients and according to corporate policy for increasing of work effectiveness every problem indicated by customer must be taken into consideration.

This simple system was destined for gathering of actual trouble tickets by the agents concerning service quality of regional service centres, managing these trouble tickets and tracking their status. The system includes the following functionality: control of agent’s directory; registration and management of incoming requests from agents; reporting; automatic statistic; e-mail notification about status request. This solution was developed by Afortio specialists from scratch using .NET, C#, Visual Studio 2003.
