Development of web sites

Afortio develops web projects of any complexity and size; it may be a small nice looking website or corporate website, e-shop or intranet portal, complex e-commerce solution or custom web application.

Afortio provides the following services:

• Web design, including templates, animations, graphics, message boards, etc.
• Web site development. As a bonus, the web site can be based on Afortio own content management system (CMS)
• Re-design, optimization and transformation of existing plain HTML web site into CMS to facilitate content management
• Localization and translation of web resources

Process of web development is iterative and based on close communication between customer and development team, providing customer with immediate responses on every new request and reaching the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

We start development from interaction design - a fully navigable skeleton of future web site including pages layout and navigation structure. The customer can test drive it on very initial stage and choose or skip any option she wants. In parallel, we develop several drafts of graphical design, letting customer to choose the most suitable one. In the course of site development, the current version of the site is always open to the customer for comments, feedbacks and reviews. This also provides customers with clear indicators of project progress and allows making changes on the air.

Ukraine Canada. International partnership and collaboration portal

Web-site is aimed at international relationships development between two countries Ukraine and Canada. Administration module allows to manage part of navigation elements and to make updates for:

• Whole site content
• Services catalogue
• Contacts of companies who are interested in finding partnership with other country representatives
• News and general information articles about both countries.

Whole site content is managed in 4 languages and its structure may differ for visitors from different countries. Portal access is managed for different categories of visitors.

Web-site for Dutch Gliding Club

The main goal of the project is gliding popularization and Dutch Gliding Club presenting in the World Wide Web. System contains administration backend that allow manage site content, edit pages in WYSIWIG editor without HTML knowledge, manage links and web site appearance (skins).

Web-site for Imageland Ukraine

Redesign and adaptation of existing web-site for Ukrainian branch was made by request of PR agency.

Web-site for EIPM SA

Representative web site for Swiss company, specialized in custom hardware and industry electronics, providing a lot of product information, documents and downloads.

Since customer company operates all over the Europe, support of multi-language content was one of customer's priorities. The Afortio CMS provides native support of serving content in multiple languages, so the localization was just a matter of translating the content and putting it into the CMS. Currently web site supports French, German and English languages.

In the course of project, existing HTML version was re-engineered into CMS to facilitate content management.

Co-development of several web projects with Evident Interactive

Afortio is successfully participating in collaborative development with Evident Interactive BV - Dutch company specializing at websites, applications development and mobile services.

Afortio specialists took part in several projects for Evident's customers in Netherlands aiming at web-site building based on content management system used by Evident. Successful results of these projects have allowed our companies to continue and extend collaboration.
