Web-based automation of various business processes that envisage improvement of existing data processing systems and development of new possibilities in work with documentation, accounting etc. PHP, Ado, .Net, C# and MySQL technologies are used in projects represent this way of Afortio activity.

FloorManager

In scope of this project was fulfilled reengineering of the customer's web application which is aimed to visualize exhibition halls, provide up-to-date information about available booths in on-line. It was implemented new booking functionality which gives wide price differentiation model. The entire exhibition hall floor plan and booking is in SAP so that close integration with this system was done.

Content management system for intranet portal of leading international consulting company

The solution allowed the customer to join all Benelux offices of the leading consulting transnational company in one corporative portal. Portal solution has been built on top of the Content Management engine provided by our company. The solution allowed the customer to easily manage and support large intranet site with 1000+ different articles. CMS provides rich content editing tools, document workflow support (create - approve - publish), simultaneous modification of site content and serving pages to the users. The project was realized in close collaboration with Signifile B.V. (Netherlands).

Web-interface for Signifile Orchestra Document Control System

Afortio has developed friendly Web-based GUI for Signifile Orchestra Document Control System. This solution is destined for convenient documents extraction.

Information retrieval is realized with using arrangement special customized taxonomy (without using traditional context search). The system allows assigning each file to several categories (for example: type document, department, etc.) Required document may be easy obtained with applying different filters in series.

The following technologies are used: PHP, Apache and MySQL.

Lead Management System

This web-based solution has been implemented for leading Automobile Manufacturer and aimed to collect\handle handling information about potential clients (client registration forms, sending out advertisements, arranging meetings, test-driving, negotiations, etc.) Import \ export and reporting is supported.

In scope of this project is being performed system’s customization in three different business directions. In the latest versions of product all three direction (for Audi, VW and VW Bedrijfswagens) have been combined in solid, powerful and easy customizable system. This three-tier architecture system is developed by Afortio specialists with using Ado, .Net, C#.

Business analysis and modelling web-application development projects

Afortio specialists took part in several Laboratory8 projects aimed at complex web-applications' development. Within these projects our role was to analyse and describe roles of future product users, use-cases for its main functions and to build main UML-diagrams.
