Often customers have specific requirements that cannot be matched by standard solutions. Such requirements are highly individual to customer's business and are unique in nature, so special inputs and custom solution development becomes necessary. Afortio provides full range of application development services to help our clients realizing these specific requests.
Representative projectsEnterprise Manager for Versant ODBMSEnterprise manager allows quick and simple maintenance of Versant databases by providing users with common and well-known GUI similar to the MS SQL Enterprise Manager. Enterprise Manager outperforms existing tools in terms of better user interface, easier execution of common routine tasks, by support of limited subset of SQL language and by combining several utilities to single application.
QT WidgetsIn the scope of this project Afortio developed custom controls library for National Research Council of Canada. This library is the extension of the QT, QWT libraries and along with widgets provides customized designer plugins for widget management.
Following widgets were realized: binary, octal and hexadecimal numerical spin boxes; real- and complex- number spin-boxes; plotter widget with advanced zooming and panning capabilities and multi-curve display; intensity graph widget with zooming and panning; and designer plugin for QWTPlot3D surface plotter widget.
Performance Analysis ToolPerformance Analysis Tool (PAT) was designed to allow visual tracing of signals, states and events that appear during operation of network processor which was created by customer company. PAT supports both real-time online and offline information processing, flexible diagram configuration, zooming and appearance, creation of custom algorithms for processing incoming signals. And finally it supports the debugging information specific to the target platform which allows a customer to set checkpoints by pointing specific places in the application source code and monitor how these checkpoints are processed by the hardware.
PGL is a specialized language to allow creation of sophisticated testing sequences to be fed to the network processing devices for testing their operation and performance as well as for retrieval and parsing of device output for regress testing purposes. |
