Trouble Ticket Management System was developed by Afortio specialists from scratch using .NET, C#, Visual Studio 2003. This system is designed for gathering of actual trouble tickets by the agents concerning service quality of regional service centres, managing these trouble tickets and tracking their status. The system includes following functionality: control of agents directory; registration and management of incoming requests from agents; reporting; automatic statistic; e-mail notification about status request.
