Brussels, Belgium, 17 December 2004 - Andriy Kandzuba, project manager of Afortio, spoke at the Brussels Europa Seminar that took place within the bounds of Managers' Training Programme(MTP).
MTP's overall aim is to enable managers and companies from СIS to meet these challenges and to enhance the economic development in their home countries. MTP qualifies managerial staff and supports business development and training for companies from СIS. MTP strengthens management development processes in СIS companies through qualification, training and human resources development. Furthermore, MTP enhances business contacts and co-operations between European companies and companies in СIS.
Andriy Kandzuba passed twelve weeks traineeships in Dutch company “Evident Interactive B.V.” and participated in Brussels Europe Seminar “Challenges and Opportunities of Small & Medium Enterprises in CIS” where managers discussed questions of political, economic and managerial character on the relations between the EU and СIS and presented to each others the results, experience, new gained knowledge and how to implement all these at home. |
