Afortio has developed Document Management System for DeVisu Ltd. The system is designed to work with the database of archival documents (in MS Word and MS Excel format), containing results of audit inspections.
The main functionality includes:
- Automatic infill of auditor's inspection cards
- Automatic import / export of MS Office (Word, Excel) documents
- Possibility to work with content of documents via handy interface, including:
- Work with content of documents keeping original format
- Work with fragments of documents
- Advanced search (by document entry, by types of documents, by classifier, by context, etc)
- Personal settings - folders, bookmarks and document lists
- User rights & management
This system is based on the client-server architecture. The following technologies were used: MS SQL Server, MS VC++ and Delphi.
