Electronic archive of audit documents

Afortio has developed Document Management System for well-known Ukrainian auditing company DeVisu Ltd. The system is designed to work with the database of archival documents (in MS Word and MS Excel format), containing results of audit inspections.

The main functionality includes:

• Automatic infill of auditor's inspection cards
• Automatic import\export of MS Office (Word, Excel) documents
• Possibility to work with content of documents via handy interface, including:
• Work with content of documents keeping original format
• Work with fragments of documents
• Advanced search (by document entry, by types of documents, by classifier, by context, etc)
• Personal settings - folders, bookmarks and document lists
• User rights management

The system is based on the client-server architecture. Following technologies were used: MS SQL Server, MS VC++ and Delphi.

Web-site and flash game for Imageland Ukraine

Afortio fulfilled two projects by request of ImageLand-Ukraine PR agency:

• Redesign and adaptation of existing web-site for Ukrainian branch
• Creation of multimedia game to promote new medicine. According to original customer's idea, Afortio specialists performed scenario, design and implementation by using Flash technology.

Web-site for Dutch Gliding Club

The main goal of the project is gliding popularization and Dutch Gliding Club presenting in the World Wide Web. System contains administration backend that allow manage site content, edit html documents in WYSIWIG editor, make internal links, manage site skins.

Content management system for intranet portal of leading international consulting company

The solution allowed the customer to join all Benelux offices of the leading consulting transnational company in one corporative portal. Portal solution has been built on top of the Content Management engine provided by our company. The solution allowed the customer to easily manage and support large intranet site with 1000+ different articles.

CMS provides rich content editing tools, document workflow support (create - approve - publish), simultaneous modification of site content and serving pages to the users. The project was realized in close collaboration with Signifile B.V. (Netherlands).
